Royal Orchid Expands Footprint in Pune with Regenta Magnus
Royal Orchid Hotels adds a new upscale address in Viman Nagar, with Regenta Magnus set to grow to 105 keys by December 2026.

(ROHL) is building on that momentum with the launch of Regenta Magnus, Pune, through its subsidiary Regenta Hotels Private Limited.
Located in Viman Nagar, one of the city’s key commercial and hospitality districts, the contemporary upscale hotel combines proximity to the airport and metro network with accommodation, dining, events and leisure facilities.

Strengthening the Regenta Network
The Pune opening further strengthens Royal Orchid Hotels’ Maharashtra footprint while adding new inventory to one of the city’s established business-led hospitality micro-markets.
Regenta Magnus currently offers 66 rooms and suites, comprising 62 Club Rooms spanning 380 sq. ft. and four Executive Suites of 750 sq. ft. An additional 39 rooms are scheduled to open by December 2026, taking the property to 105 keys.
The hotel’s F&B portfolio includes Mellan, a restaurant offering global flavours and regional favourites, alongside Cocobrisa, an all-day café, kitchen and bar. A rooftop infinity pool adds a leisure dimension, while three banquet venues—Magnova I, II and III—offer a combined capacity of up to 192 guests in theatre-style seating. High-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspaces and round-the-clock amenities further position the property for Pune’s corporate and transient travel segments.
