Saltstayz has entered South India with the opening of Saltstayz Premier, Bengaluru, marking the hospitality brand’s first property in the region and the 17th hotel in its Premier portfolio.
Located on Bellary Road near Hebbal Flyover, the 30-room hotel places the brand in one of Bengaluru’s key business and transit corridors, with access to both corporate and leisure demand.
Building a Pan-India Footprint
The property combines contemporary accommodation with a strong business focus. It features a 50-seat all-day dining restaurant and three conference spaces—two meeting rooms for up to 15 guests each and a larger room accommodating up to 25.
The format positions the hotel for corporate stays, meetings, training programmes and smaller business gatherings.
“Bengaluru has always been one of India’s most dynamic hospitality markets, making it the ideal choice for our South India debut,” said Gaurav Gupta, Co-founder, Saltstayz.
He added that the Bengaluru opening represents an important step in the company’s national expansion, with its focus remaining on thoughtfully designed spaces, dependable service and value-led experiences.
Saltstayz is pursuing an asset-light, partnership-led expansion strategy, using a demand-led and contract-driven model to enter high-potential markets.
