V Escapes has expanded its luxury hospitality portfolio with the launch of Villa Moira, a six-bedroom private residence in Moira, Goa.
Spread across a 4,200 sq.m site, the villa combines contemporary architecture with fully serviced hospitality, reflecting the growing sophistication of India’s private luxury stay segment. The residence features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a 58-foot infinity pool, heated Jacuzzi, pickleball court, spa, gym, gazebo and multiple outdoor gathering spaces.
V Escapes complements the private-home experience with daily housekeeping, 24/7 security, personalised concierge services and three chauffeur-driven Mercedes vehicles for guest use.

Architecture in Conversation with Nature
Designed by Alan Abraham of Abraham John Architects, the property has been conceived around its existing landscape. The site retains all 62 mature trees, including mango and banyan trees stated to be over 200 years old, while the architecture follows the land’s natural contours across multiple split levels.
Organised around a central courtyard, Villa Moira creates a continuous connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, with views extending towards the surrounding trees, fields and stream.
A restrained palette of micro-concrete, local laterite stone, timber and Sukabumi tiles allows the landscape to remain central to the design. Pitched roofs respond to Goa’s monsoon climate while subtly referencing the region’s architectural vocabulary.
