Accor and InterGlobe Introduce Ennismore’s The Hoxton to India

The Hoxton Bengaluru City marks the arrival of Ennismore’s beloved neighbourhood brand, with its open-house spirit, in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.

Ennismore, in partnership with Accor India and InterGlobe Hotels, announces the signing of The Hoxton, Bengaluru City, marking the brand’s entry into India’s fast-growing lifestyle hospitality segment.

 

Scheduled to open in November 2026 on Richmond Road, the hotel reflects a strategic move to tap into rising demand for design-led, experience-driven stays in key urban markets. 

Asset Positioning and Design Philosophy

Positioned in the heart of Bengaluru, the 149-room property will embody The Hoxton’s signature residential-style design, blending local craftsmanship with functional, contemporary aesthetics. Food and beverage will play a central role, with an all-day lobby restaurant and bar serving as a social hub, alongside a rooftop Fi’lia restaurant that is expected to attract both guests and the local community. The hotel will also feature flexible meeting and events spaces, reinforcing its appeal to both business and social segments while integrating closely with the city’s creative ecosystem. 

 

Bengaluru’s reputation as a hub for innovation and culture makes it a natural entry point for the brand, aligning with The Hoxton’s focus on community-driven hospitality. The project also builds on the broader Accor–InterGlobe alliance, which aims to scale a significant hospitality network across India in the coming years.

The Hoxton’s India debut forms part of Ennismore’s broader expansion strategy, as the Accor–InterGlobe partnership targets a portfolio of 300 hotels across the country by 2030, positioning lifestyle hospitality as a key growth driver.
