Alivaa Hotels & Resorts announces its strategic entry into Maharashtra through a ₹200 crore hospitality-led mixed-use development in Pune's rapidly growing Koregaon Park Annexe.
The project marks a significant milestone in the brand's national expansion and reinforces its asset-light operating model.
Developed jointly by Curated Living Solutions (CLS)—a DivyaSree Group company—and Arista Developers, the project will be operated end-to-end by Alivaa Hotels & Resorts under a long-term master lease agreement.
The integrated development will comprise a 200-key upscale hotel managed by Alivaa Hotels & Resorts, premium retail spaces, branded residences, and a professionally managed mixed-use ecosystem designed for business and leisure travellers.
The project also introduces CLS's Hospitality Investment Plan (HIP), enabling investors to own individual hospitality units while Alivaa oversees hotel operations, guest services, revenue management, property maintenance, and day-to-day asset management.
