Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a 176-key Gateway hotel in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu. The project marks a greenfield development and reinforces IHCL’s continued expansion across high-potential Tier-2 cities.

Located on the Grand Southern Trunk Road, the 176-key Gateway Tiruchirappalli will offer views of the Kaveri River and the Rockfort Temple, with convenient access to the Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Srirangam, and the Jambukeswarar Temple, Thiruvanaikaval.
The hotel will feature:
- All-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant and bar
- Swimming pool, fitness centre, health club and spa
- Over 5,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting and meeting space
- Pre-function areas and one acre of landscaped outdoor lawns for weddings, celebrations and corporate events
