ITC Hotels Strengthens Experiential Tourism Presence with Welcomhotel Rajgir

ITC Hotels signs a 107-key property in Rajgir to strengthen experiential tourism in the state's cultural and spiritual heartland.

ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel Rajgir, marking another strategic expansion in Bihar's fast-emerging tourism landscape. The agreement was formalised in the presence of Samrat Choudhary, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar, and Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited.

 

The project will be developed under a long-term partnership between the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation (BSTDC) and Kalsi Buildcon Private Limited, underscoring the state's commitment to positioning Bihar as a premier destination for experiential, cultural and spiritual tourism.

A Landmark Hospitality Destination

Set across 2.67 acres, Welcomhotel Rajgir is designed to blend contemporary hospitality with the region's rich heritage. The hotel will feature 107 guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space and more than 12,000 sq. ft. of landscaped outdoor lawns, making it an ideal venue for weddings, social celebrations, conferences and corporate events.
