Hotel features and facilities
Novotel Nagpur will offer 120 rooms and suites, designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. Dining options will include a multi-cuisine restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar, and a deli.
The property will also feature around 20,000ft² of meetings and events space, including a banquet hall, terrace lawn, alfresco lounge, and several meeting rooms aimed at hosting corporate functions and social gatherings. Leisure amenities at the hotel will include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and gym, providing guests with a full-service hospitality experience.
Vikram Singh Chauhan, founder and CEO of NILE Hospitality, described the project as a milestone for the company. “Novotel Nagpur represents a defining milestone in our growth journey, and we are immensely proud to bring this brand to the city,” Chauhan said. “Nagpur is a long-admired destination for us, and this opening reaffirms NILE Hospitality’s position at the vanguard of third-party hotel management in India.”
He added that the property’s strategic location, world-class design and personalised service are expected to position it as a future landmark in the city.
Focus on business and events market
With its proximity to the airport and significant event infrastructure, the hotel is expected to target business travellers, conferences and large-scale social events in Nagpur, a city increasingly recognised as a key commercial and logistics hub in central India.
NILE Hospitality’s collaboration with Accor is part of a broader strategy to partner with global hotel groups and expand operations in high-growth urban markets across India.
