TDI Infratech has entered into a strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to launch Ramada by Wyndham Panipat Connaught Estate, further accelerating the growth of branded hospitality in India’s emerging Tier-II markets.
The proposed 53-key hotel will be developed within TDI Connaught Estate, the company’s flagship mixed-use development in Panipat. Backed by an investment of approximately INR 75 crore, the property is currently under development and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2028.

Strengthening Hospitality Infrastructure
The signing underscores the growing momentum in India’s hospitality sector, where infrastructure development, industrial growth, and rising domestic travel are driving demand for internationally branded accommodation beyond metropolitan cities.
Strategically located within the National Capital Region (NCR) growth corridor, Panipat has emerged as a key commercial, industrial, and transit destination. The city’s expanding economic activity is creating increasing demand for quality hospitality offerings catering to business travellers, transit guests, and small meetings and events.
The hotel will be an integral component of TDI Connaught Estate, benefiting from close proximity to commercial developments, retail destinations, and major transportation links. The addition of an internationally recognised hospitality brand is expected to further enhance the positioning of the development as a comprehensive urban destination.
