Bharti Real Estate, the real estate arm of Bharti Enterprises, has launched World St., a 260,000 sq. ft. curated lifestyle and dining destination within Worldmark, Aerocity. Positioned as “The Social Spine of Worldmark,” the development reimagines the business district as a vibrant, pedestrian-centric boulevard designed to blend commerce, culture, and community.
Stretching across a half-kilometre promenade, World St. seamlessly connects Worldmark 4, 5, and 6 through landscaped courtyards, public art installations, and alfresco dining spaces. The project has been envisioned as a cosmopolitan destination that caters to office-goers, travellers, and urban consumers alike.
Global Brands Make India Debut
World St. is set to introduce several globally recognised hospitality and dining brands to the Indian market. Among the marquee entrants is Olive Garden, the iconic American-Italian casual dining chain, which will open its first outlet in India at the destination.
Adding to the project’s international appeal, the globally acclaimed Time Out Market will also establish its debut India outpost at World St. Spread across 24,500 sq. ft., the market will house 11 kitchens, two bars, a live entertainment stage, and seating for more than 500 guests, reinforcing Aerocity’s growing stature as a premium lifestyle and entertainment district.
