Created for the country’s growing community of active, affluent and experience-seeking older adults—known as Generation Evergreen—the new Travel Concierge service combines AI-driven itinerary planning with personalised human assistance to deliver a seamless, end-to-end travel experience. From customised trip planning and bookings to visa support, forex assistance, airport facilitation and real-time travel guidance, the platform is designed to help seniors travel with greater confidence, comfort and independence.

The service also includes visa and documentation support, forex assistance, airport facilitation, hotel transfers and on-call travel guidance, ensuring senior travellers receive support whenever required.
