Partnership with Accenture advances agentic commerce with conversational hotel search and direct booking.

Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with Accenture, has launched an AI-powered hotel discovery app on ChatGPT, enabling travellers to search, compare and plan stays through natural conversations.
Available as @RadissonHotels, the app provides access to more than 1,000 hotels across 100+ countries, offering live rates, availability, amenities, location insights and direct booking links.
The launch marks a significant step in Radisson Hotel Group's agentic commerce strategy, where AI-driven conversations replace traditional search-led booking journeys. Travellers can simply describe their requirements—such as a family-friendly stay in Amsterdam or a spa hotel near the Eiffel Tower—and receive personalised recommendations with real-time inventory before completing bookings on the Radisson Hotels website.
A New Customer Engagement Model
According to Accenture Consumer Pulse Research, 87% of travelers are open to using AI-powered travel assistants, while 71% expect AI to influence at least half of their hotel and airline spending over the next year.
"AI is transforming how people discover and book hotels, and we want to be present at the moment of travel intent," said Gianni Di Fede, Chief Commercial Officer, Radisson Hotel Group.
Built on Accenture’s AI Merchant Center, the platform integrates directly with Radisson’s systems to deliver real-time hotel information. Future enhancements will include loyalty recognition, in-chat booking, reservation management and AI concierge services.
The initiative strengthens Radisson Hotel Group’s broader digital transformation programme while extending its partnership with Accenture and OpenAI to create AI-native customer experiences for the next generation of travelers.
