Hospitality leader Manali Gupta takes over as Cluster General Manager for Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru.

Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru have announced the appointment of Manali Gupta as the new Cluster General Manager.

 

Bringing over 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality and hotel operations, Manali is recognised for her expertise in operational excellence, guest experience enhancement, team leadership, and brand positioning across leading hospitality brands.

 

A homegrown hospitality professional, Manali began her career with The Leela through its Management Training Program after completing her industrial training with the brand. Over the years, she has held leadership roles across renowned hospitality groups including Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Starwood, and The Leela.

 

She also gained international exposure during her tenure with an Accor property in Dubai. Prior to this appointment, she was associated with Raffles Udaipur as Director of Operations.

Expertise in Operations and Guest Experience

Throughout her career, Manali has played a pivotal role in strengthening hotel operations, elevating guest experiences, and driving business performance within luxury and upscale hospitality environments. Her expertise spans Rooms Division management and overall hotel operations leadership. She was honoured during her tenure as Director of Rooms, recognising her commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

 

In her new role, Manali will lead the strategic and operational functions of both hotels, with a focus on strengthening their market positioning and delivering elevated guest experiences in Mysuru’s growing hospitality sector.
