With more than 15 years of experience across globally renowned hospitality brands, Verma brings a strong blend of commercial acumen and operational expertise. Widely recognised for aligning revenue performance with elevated guest experiences, his leadership approach combines business-driven execution with a deep understanding of evolving luxury traveller expectations.
Proven Track Record
Prior to this appointment, Verma served at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, where he played a key role in strengthening financial performance, enhancing guest satisfaction metrics, and implementing agile revenue strategies in a competitive market environment. His tenure was marked by a disciplined focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
Earlier, as Multi-Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing for JW Marriott Kolkata and Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, he led the development of integrated commercial strategies, strengthened brand positioning, and consistently delivered RevPAR growth across both properties. His transition into hotel operations reflects a well-rounded leadership trajectory that bridges strategic foresight with operational precision.
Verma’s professional journey spans leading international hospitality groups, including The Oberoi Group, Hilton, and Accor. This diverse exposure has equipped him with a sophisticated understanding of both luxury and upscale hospitality segments.
