Hyatt has signed agreements with Saraca Hotels & Resorts, founded by Mohammad Abdullah, for four Hyatt-branded properties across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The collaboration will introduce Unscripted by Hyatt to India through Saraca Hotel Lucknow and Saraca Resort & Spa Corbett, alongside two planned developments near Jim Corbett National Park under the Destination by Hyatt and Hyatt Place brands.

The agreement strengthens Hyatt's presence in North India, targeting destinations driven by cultural tourism, wildlife experiences and growing domestic and international travel demand.

Unscripted by Hyatt Makes India Debut

Part of Hyatt's Essentials Portfolio, Unscripted by Hyatt is designed for independent hotels seeking to retain their individual identities while gaining access to Hyatt's global distribution network and World of Hyatt loyalty programme.

The 41-key Saraca Hotel Lucknow, located on Mall Avenue, brings heritage-inspired hospitality, dining and cultural experiences to the portfolio. Meanwhile, Saraca Resort & Spa Corbett, a 44-key property spread across nine acres near the Corbett Tiger Reserve, offers wellness, dining and nature-led experiences.

The partnership also includes two upcoming developments near Jim Corbett National Park. A Destination by Hyatt resort, planned across approximately 20 acres, is expected to feature 111 accommodations, including villas, suites and residences, alongside dining, wellness and event facilities.

The proposed Hyatt Place Jim Corbett Mohaan will add 70 guestrooms, meeting spaces, dining outlets and recreational facilities, catering to leisure and business travellers.

Together, the four properties represent approximately 266 keys, combining existing hospitality assets with new developments.
