Simon Gomes has been an integral part of the resort’s journey, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. His familiarity with the property and close rapport with the team have played a significant role in driving performance and maintaining service standards.
Extensive Industry Experience
With over two decades in the hospitality industry, Gomes brings a wealth of experience from globally recognized brands. His career includes 10 years with Hyatt, 8 years with Accor, and the past 5 years with Radisson Hotel Group. His international exposure and strategic approach position him well to lead the resort through its next phase of innovation and growth.
