Suba Hotels Adds Its 7th Property in Lucknow with Quality Inn Serenity
The opening of Quality Inn Serenity adds 36 rooms to the city’s branded accommodation supply, targeting corporate, leisure and medical tourism demand.

Suba Hotels Ltd has opened Quality Inn Serenity in Lucknow, taking its portfolio in the city to seven hotels. The property is the company’s third under the Choice Hotels portfolio in Lucknow, alongside three Click Hotels and one RnB Select hotel.
The opening strengthens Suba’s presence in Uttar Pradesh, where business travel, healthcare-related visits and religious tourism are contributing to demand for organised accommodation.
Quality Inn Serenity offers access to commercial establishments, healthcare facilities and transport links. The 36-room property comprises 27 Executive Rooms, six Deluxe Rooms and three Premium Rooms. Facilities include a 50-cover, multi-cuisine restaurant, Cinnamon, along with banquet and conference spaces for business meetings, training programmes and social gatherings.

For the hotel's owner, Jwaladevi Infratech Pvt. Ltd., the partnership offers access to Suba Hotels’ sales, distribution and operational network through the Choice Hotels association.
The opening reflects Suba Hotels’ strategy of expanding through brand partnerships in markets with diverse travel demand, adding to its presence in one of Uttar Pradesh’s key commercial centres.
