Since joining Sarovar Hotels two years ago, Mielle has been instrumental in stabilizing and strengthening the HR function. She has streamlined processes, enhanced service delivery standards, and fostered a more structured, responsive, and people-centric HR ecosystem.
A key focus of Mielle’s tenure has been the automation and digitisation of HR and Learning & Development initiatives. These efforts have improved transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency, while laying the groundwork for scalable growth.
