Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL), through its subsidiary Royal Orchid Goa Private Limited, has announced the launch of Laxminarayan Palace Resort, Vadodara, under its curated upscale portfolio, Iconiqa Collection.
The revenue-sharing agreement marks the evolution of Iconiqa from a standalone hotel brand into a collection of distinctive hotels defined by individuality, character, and a strong sense of place. The expansion aligns with ROHL’s asset-light growth strategy while strengthening its presence across unique hospitality destinations.
Unlike conventional hotel collections, Iconiqa brings together properties that celebrate their own identity — from heritage landmarks and palace retreats to contemporary lifestyle destinations.
