IHCL Expands Haryana Portfolio with New Gateway in Gurugram

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) announces the signing of a new Gateway-branded hotel in Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana. The project will be developed as a greenfield venture, further strengthening IHCL’s presence in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The 220‑key hotel features an all‑day dining restaurant, a bar and a specialty restaurant. Guests can explore the state‑of‑the‑art gym and unwind by the swimming pool. Designed to cater to corporate gatherings and social events, the hotel houses a banquet hall spanning 7,000 sq. ft.

The hotel’s location in the rapidly developing micro-market of New Gurugram positions IHCL to effectively cater to the increasing demand for high-quality, full-service hospitality offerings.
With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Haryana will expand to a total of 15 hotels, including six properties currently under development. This reinforces the company’s continued focus on scaling its footprint in key growth markets.
