IHCL Signs Ginger Hotel in Nava Raipur
The 111-key brownfield project in Nava Raipur expands IHCL’s presence in Chhattisgarh.

IHCL has signed an agreement with ECHT Ventures to develop a 111-key Ginger hotel in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The project will be developed as a brownfield property.
Ginger Nava Raipur will feature 111 rooms, Qmin, Ginger’s all-day dining restaurant, meeting facilities and a fitness centre. The property is expected to serve both business and leisure travellers as the city continues to develop as an administrative, commercial and investment hub.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said that Nava Raipur’s planned urban development and investments across sectors are establishing the city as an emerging hospitality micro-market.

Nava Raipur, the administrative capital of Chhattisgarh, is among India’s prominent planned and smart-city developments. The city is positioning itself as a centre for technology, investment and sustainable urban growth, supporting demand for organised hospitality infrastructure.
With the signing of the Nava Raipur property, IHCL will have four hotels in Chhattisgarh, including three under development.
