ITC Hotels Limited announces the signing of 140-key Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Jaipur, marking another significant milestone in the company’s strategic expansion across India’s leading hospitality markets.
The new signing enhances ITC Hotels’ footprint in Rajasthan, one of the country’s most sought-after tourism and wedding destinations, while further accelerating the growth of the Welcomhotel brand in prominent state capitals and high-demand travel hubs.
Known for its royal heritage, vibrant culture, and architectural splendour, Jaipur continues to rank among India’s premier leisure and celebration destinations, attracting a steady stream of domestic and international visitors. The upcoming Welcomhotel Jaipur is being developed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience that reflects the city’s rich cultural identity while meeting the evolving expectations of modern travellers.
The project aligns with ITC Hotels’ long-term vision of expanding its presence in strategically important urban centres and emerging hospitality markets across the country.
Designed for Leisure, Weddings and MICE Demand
The hotel will feature thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, complemented by a range of dining experiences, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lounge bar.
Positioned to capitalise on Jaipur’s thriving weddings and events market, the property will offer more than 15,000 square feet of indoor banqueting space, alongside expansive 22,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor greens. These facilities are expected to make the hotel an attractive venue for destination weddings, social celebrations, corporate gatherings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) events.
Guests will also have access to dedicated spa and wellness facilities, creating a comprehensive hospitality offering for both business and leisure travellers.
The Jaipur signing forms part of ITC Hotels’ broader growth strategy focused on strengthening its presence in state capitals and high-visibility destinations. The announcement follows recent developments in Bhubaneswar, Dehradun, and Hyderabad, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to expanding its managed portfolio across India.
