IHCL Wins Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at ABRS

IHCL has been conferred the Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at the Asia Business Responsibility Summit.

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has received the Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at the Asia Business Responsibility Summit, presented by the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability.

 

The award recognises IHCL’s strong financial oversight, robust risk management framework, commitment to transparency, and focus on protecting shareholder and stakeholder interests. The winners were adjudicated by an eminent jury chaired by Sanjiv Mehta, Chairman of the Summit and Awards Committee. The award was presented by Paul Polman, former Global CEO of Unilever and Founder of IMAGINE, UK.

 

The Asia Business Responsibility Summit brings together leading organisations driving responsible business practices across Asia. Since 2006, the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability has recognised companies and leaders for their contributions to corporate governance and sustainable development.
