Suba Hotels Limited, India's ninth-largest hotel chain, has announced its audited financial results for the financial year 2026, reporting its highest-ever annual revenue and significant network expansion across the country.
The company recorded revenue of ₹115.89 crore during FY26, reflecting strong growth driven by accelerated hotel signings, increasing occupancy levels, and continued demand across its diversified hospitality portfolio.
Growth Driven by Scalable Business Model
Commenting on the company's performance, Mansur Mehta, Managing Director, Suba Hotels Limited, described FY26 as a transformative year for the organisation. “FY26 has been a landmark year for Suba Hotels as we delivered our highest-ever revenue of ₹115.89 crore while expanding our footprint to over 102 operational hotels, 4,660+ keys, and 73 destinations. These milestones reflect the strength of our business model, the trust of our partners, and our ability to consistently execute at scale.”
Suba Hotels' growth continues to be supported by its unique operating structure, which spans all major hospitality business models, enabling the company to cater to a broad range of hotel ownership and investment requirements.

Presence Across Hospitality Operating Models
A key differentiator for Suba Hotels is its ability to operate across all five hospitality business formats:
- Management Contracts
- Revenue Sharing
- Franchising
- Asset Ownership
- Hybrid Structures
According to the company, Suba is the only listed hospitality company in India with an active presence across all five models, providing hotel owners with flexible partnership options while supporting rapid market expansion. "This diversified platform gives us a distinct competitive advantage and allows us to partner with hotel owners in the most suitable format while accelerating growth across multiple markets and segments," said Mr. Mehta.
Management remains optimistic about the outlook for India's hospitality sector, citing increasing domestic travel, rising tourism activity, and ongoing infrastructure development as key growth drivers.
Suba Hotels plans to continue pursuing an aggressive yet disciplined expansion strategy while strengthening its position as one of India's leading asset-light hotel platforms.

Revenue Growth Remains Strong
Further commenting on the results, Mubeen Mehta, CEO, Suba Hotels Limited, highlighted the operational strength behind the company's growth trajectory. "The scale achieved during FY26 demonstrates the strength of our operating platform and execution capabilities. Revenue grew by 45% during the year, supported by network expansion, improved business volumes, and continued traction across our brands and operating formats."
While both EBITDA and Profit After Tax (PAT) recorded growth during the year, profitability margins experienced pressure following changes in India's GST framework.
According to management, revisions introduced during the year resulted in the loss of Input Tax Credit (ITC) benefits on certain operating expenses, increasing the cost base across the hospitality sector. "Despite regulatory headwinds impacting industry-wide margins, the underlying business performance remained strong and continued to support earnings growth," Mehta noted.
Asset-Light Growth Strategy
Looking ahead, the company intends to focus on expanding through asset-light operating models, improving operational efficiencies, and increasing its presence in high-growth markets across India.
With more than 102 operational hotels already within its network and a robust development pipeline under execution, management remains confident about sustaining growth momentum and delivering long-term value to stakeholders.
