Eco Hotels & Resorts Limited reported a sharp improvement in operating performance in Q3 FY26, driven by new hotel launches and higher occupancies. Revenue from operations stood at ₹179.31 lakh, with total income at ₹180.04 lakh for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue from operations was ₹237.98 lakh and total income ₹238.74 lakh. Nearly 75% of nine-month operating revenue was generated in Q3, highlighting the impact of properties that became operational towards the end of September 2025.
Property-Level Performance
- Varanasi: Launched in late September 2025, the hotel emerged as the top performer, recording 100% occupancy on several days and averaging ~85% occupancy in December, supported by pilgrimage and leisure demand.
- Vadodara: Also launched in the same period, contributed to revenue growth, though specific metrics were not disclosed.
- Kochi: Continued stable operations with ~80% occupancy in November and December 2025.
Marked Improvement Over H1 FY26
The nine-month numbers imply H1 FY26 operating revenue of ₹58.67 lakh, underscoring the scale of acceleration achieved in Q3. Non-operating income remained limited during the period.
The company remains in an active investment and expansion phase, with new property additions, stabilisation costs, and restructuring initiatives aligned to an asset-light, scalable model. Management expects operating leverage to improve as occupancies rise and properties mature.
Chairman Vinod Kumar Tripathi said the strong performance validates the company’s focus on high-demand travel and pilgrimage markets and positions it for accelerated growth. CFO Vikram Doshi highlighted improved operating traction at new properties and reiterated the focus on cash flows, efficiency, and financial strength as the portfolio scales.
Pipeline and Outlook
During Q3, the board approved the addition of one new property, with two to three more expected in Q4 FY26. The pipeline includes hotels in Ayodhya, Udaipur, Shirdi, and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, with total operational rooms projected to exceed 300 by March 2026.
Q3 FY26 marked a clear inflection point for Eco Hotels, with revenue growth driven by new openings, higher occupancies, and seasonal demand, reinforcing the impact of its expansion strategy.
